Keeping these employees and clients intact in times of low cash flow will help your business immensely.

3. Evaluate Your Finances

Taking a step back to look at the state of your business’s financial situation is a great way to keep it functioning at its best. In slow periods, you will be able to determine what tools, staff, and materials are crucial to your manufacturing business to operate at its best. If your business is struggling to afford these resources, it may be time to consider financing.
